business busyness

Much has happened since I last wrote. The newleyweds have returned safely from their trip. K and I have been frantically spending the investment funds in the "Buildout" of our business we will be opening.

So far this last week between Dad, K and I we have built a packing table, box shelf and counterbase. We should have the inside of the store ready for business by end of next week.

We have also been studying our manuals and taking tests to insure we are ready for training in Florida. We haven't seen much of the kids so we took this afternoon off. I saw the kids and somewhere along the line fell fast asleep only to be woken by K minutes later saying that she was off to sing Karaoke at the fair. I am going to go tomorrow but wanted to tuck in the youngest tonight so I kissed her bye.

Somehow during all of this we have fit in A Chamber of commerce meet and greet, a surprise get together for dads birthday. Very tiring... did I say tiring... exhausting. well in two weeks we will be off to Florida for training at the franchise corporate headquarters. Maybe we can fit in some alone time then, but really who knows such is the way of business busyness.
